Usability is a trending topic in the testing industry. Not only does it help organisations better engage with their customers, but also exercises their corporate responsibility by way of inclusive and accessible practices.
With organisations becoming more customer-centric, and being increasingly impacted by accessibility legislation and guidelines, this course answers their call, providing the usability skills that are essential to any design delivery team.

This course also teaches the application of usability reviews, which enables you to formulate and propose the most effective usability testing approach. By the end of the course, you’ll know how to approach usability, user experience and accessibility from different viewpoints.
